Bikes & Bits for sale

Please read before posting stuff "For Sale"

There's nothing more annoying than people putting up stuff for sale here on the forum and saying "open to offers". Because, really, you're not. You have an idea of how much you want for your bike, parts, accessories, etc., or at least the minimum amount you're prepared to accept. Putting stuff up for "offers" just gets peoples back up, and causes friction when an offer is way below what the seller expects.

So from now on if you post something in the for sale section of this forum please give an idea of the price you are expecting for the item. "Offers over £xxx", "offers in the region of £xx", "I won't sell it for less than £xxx" will be acceptable. If I see any adverts which just say "offers" or "open to offers", etc. I'll delete them.

Also, it's good manners to reply to peoples messages if they show an interest in what you have for sale.
