I'm hungry now.
There is a brit farm in central Brittany that does lovely bacon sausages with their on pigs.
Ah well, cheap fresh prawns, steak and a bottle of medoc for tea.

Whey hey, just got my tank in the post. Looked like the box had been used as a football by a gorilla.
It came all the way from the Reunion Islands, down t'other hemisphere.. 28€ for delivery, and he even included the tap and cap.
Happy now..

Every hole's a goal I know, but what does this one do??
The new tank came resplendent with tap et al, by the configuration is a little different to my original one. I'm going with the tap that goes with my new one. Look at the picMein Experts and pray tell, what attaches to this spout. My technical photo should explain it better than me.
Breather, ignore, or blank off. ????

Innit funny, when I became a member, I was immediately lambasted for asking a question and not replying immediately, but, when I ask a question, (albeit a dumb one, as my poking a piece of wire through the hole showed :? ) no-one attempts to answer!
I want to be part of your cliquety clique.. Is there a form ??? ;)

I for one can answer that I don't have a clue as I have only ever dealt with the SR42a tank and don't recognise that at all, You may find that if a post is done in the same section after yours a lot of people like me rarely open the section to check if any other new posts have been made other than the one showing on the board index. so they can get missed. As my wife regularly tells me "I'm a lazy good for nothing sod!" but I'm guessing it's not just me that does it.

I never noticed the post for the same reason.
The hole you refer to is an overflow that vents spilt fuel by the filler cap.
