Why, are you looking at extending your time over there in Geoff's tour bus?

At the moment Dave myself ,Big Bob and Nug are looking at doing maybe 7to 10 days as there is a big Overlander show on the week before.
So going over Tuesday on tunnel in the bus we'd/thurs @ Overlander, then weekend at Big rally, then a few days to come back ( find somewhere to park the bus and use it as a base for ride outs), then a overnight run back though the tunnel .
I've measured it out and I can get 3 Dr's in the rear garage on the bus so we are set, but if anyone wants to turn up and find us, they are welcome to use the awning on the side to kip, there are 2 hammocks or just chill with us.
Can't spend too long Dave, as its the Capo acim in Andorra just after that but that's not too bad as Capo will be left in Gib after the the Morocco do in April, so fly down pick up bike ride up to Andorra then home with lads from UK, either though France or up to Santander.
Whatever they are doing at least the bus will get some use next year as we didn't use it this year. I've had it up for sale but no takers and it's harder to sell with it being on a class 2 license and 14/18 to the gall.

We three are now registered for this event and can pay on the day.
I`ve also ordered event t-shirts in XXL and booked us in for three hearty German breakfasts.
There`s also a visit to a local mine, so I`ve booked us in for that as well
Never a dull moment for us intrepid Big explorers

I have enquired and am awaiting a reply. Fukking ginormous has no direct German equivalent so they might just think it`s a Transit.

Yep, I had a horrid chest infection that took over a month to get over and I really wasn`t up to travelling 600 miles each way on boring motorways.
Shame. Still, there`s always next year.

Its been one of those years ..... I spent 2 months out of action following a very bad flu which like Bob, ended up in a dreadful chest infection that nearly put me in hospital. Its taken a fair time to get back to my normal f#@ked condition

Nasty bugs....I've just got back from our annual Moto Guzzi Quota meet, this year in Alsace....a bit too hot for me...33-36 deg....nice trip though.
Next year looks like Tuscany...smashin'.
