I think it's over priced. But somone has spent a lot of money on it. Is the guy a dealer then haga lout.

Yes he is a bit dose it as a hobbie I got two dr's of him nice bloke don't think I got the truth about mine told me they was his and add been stored for 6 months when I got there one was ok one not so good but got them at the right price unfortunately things have changed a bit and I'll have one done for spring and one over the next year or may sell it cheep depends if I get the first one done back to the one he has it's got lots of nice bits but he was asking a lot for it and with the registration

Its a nice bike with some good mods including the the WP forks & 43 rear end. Its probably had a few quid sunk into it. As always, its down to how much you want one isn't it? They will be worth more as the years go on and its just a pity that it never won the Dakar as that would maybe hike the prices up. The market in Europe is different to the UK as it was back when these bikes came on the scene. The UK didn't appreciate them and still don't really. Bikes like the Africa twin and Supertenere ended up with horrible paint jobs in later years and this was probably to appeal to those in the UK who didn't want to look like Cyril Neveu or Stéphane Peterhansel. Turned out that they were great touring bikes which must have accounted for most of the sales over here.
