My old man used to say that your work environment reflected your mind, after years of the bugger throwing anything left in the way of us working at me (spanners, screwdrivers and on one occasion a chisel :o) I would kill to function like you. Sadly I am now the guy that straightens pictures on other peoples walls and lines the coasters to the corners of coffee tables. Your mind is Pablo Picasso to my Piet Mondrian.

I thought it was only me that had to line the coasters up........magazines as well  Don't even mention rotated pedal bins in the kitchen, that's as bad as getting cam timing wrong in my eyes.

Was working down near you last week Deano...Small dole

We are not alone mate, though there are many out there that try to push us to the limit. My misses bought round coasters  as if that would ever make a difference and one of my mates misses used to tilt all the pictures on the wall before I went round and see how long it would take before I had to straighten them all  .

Where you at the Mackley Ind Estate? I worked out there for a few years. The tool room was bike mad, though all with very different tastes we had me on the big the other 3 had a Fireblade, a Virago and a Matchless we looked a very odd collection on our runs out.

As an electrician it's things like sockets and light switches that get me. I've been known to carry a small driver and undo the screws to level a switch there's a socket in my local pub that does my head in I have to go to the next pub after a bit

I'm sure it is why I became an engineer with everything tied up to a few thousands of a inch.

Yes mate at Mackley Ind estate. Doing some work on an ex military Scammell Recovery truck which Heritage coaches use. Thought I may have needed your skills at one point Deano. I was contemplating modifying a hydraulic actuator as it was proving difficult to get a seal. Luckily South coast Hydraulics managed to match me one up which was handy.
