This is why I had to make a sleeve to allow the thinner DR Big stem fit correctly into the large DRZ top yoke hole. SizeGenetics

Yuza.. Those marzzochis may be just the job for you I'd they are long enough. Wp extremes are expensive to swap in. You will get as a good result with the DRZ forks I think. Somebody may need a shorter seat though mine is actually taller!

Hi nug, I have finally bought a set of WP Extreme from Husaberg at just 170€, with yokes and wheel axle!
I followed advice found on advrider forum, where many DR owner opted for the same fork. It is long enough (930mm), has the right travel (280mm, bit long but anyway new springs are needed with any fork from amuch lighter bike....) and should require less mods than fitting DRZ one, eg it works with SR43 wheel just by replacing bearings.
Currently I am busy with renewing a muffler I got with the bike, making a new seat cover for the 2nd seat I have and I need to adjust balancer chain tension, fork swap will come later
