Its an 40F0 of a K1-K2 model iirc. I just managed to shorten my original one which the studs snapped on. It is now on CCM 644 Remember you sold me a decent one to replace it Spen?

If anybody is interested I may post pics of how to shorten one as it means you have more options such as using Hyabusa cans which are a bit long.

35F silencer is from the GSXR600/750 from 2001-2004.
40F is the GSXR1000 from 2001-2002
18G is the GSXR1000 from 2003-2004
No idea what fits though

You can pretty much use any one of them. Some are better suited than others flow wise. Some are very long which may look weird.

The 40F is the best by far for flow and sound as I am sure Bob will testify

Hi All,

Happy New Year!

Just on the exhaust front, alot of people seem to be going to the effort of adapting the GSXR end cans for the DR750/800.. What are the benefits of this over an aftermarket off the shelf set-up like the Marving one? Thats what my DR came with.

I am still in the process of rebuilding the carbs etc, so no idea what it sounds like, or how it runs with this end can - was just interested as to why people opt for the GSXR set up.

Cheers!
