Searching the site

Postby remlap666 » Sat Mar 23, 2013 9:39 am

I'm trying to find recommendations for replacement batteries on my '88 750.

When I include the word battery in the search boxes (including the advanced search) I get a message saying that battery is too common a word and was excluded from the search.

I'm finding this a bit of a hindrance when looking for posts about batteries.

Could someone advise me on a suitable battery or how to use the search function properly?

Thank you.

Martin.

Try searching for "replacement battery", "batteries", etc.

Big Bob would advocate using only Yuasa batteries as replacements, and don't get him started about Chinese ones ( I daren't tell him what I've just bought for my Capo :wtf: ).

Thank you all that replied.

I'll look for a Yuasa one.
