Replace the springs with Progressive springs

Stick with 5w oil

Not knowing your riding history, it's difficult to know if there is a real problem or if it's just one of perception on your part.

If all you've ever ridden are racy road bikes (or maybe scooters) and have no off-road experience, the Big will certainly feel "squishy" and have what you will feel to be excessive brake dive.

If that is your reference point, I'd say "It's supposed to be like that"

However, if you have a dirt bike background then maybe there is something that can be improved.

What is your riding weight and how much does the fork compress with you just sitting on the bike?
