There are some on ebay using the same ignition cylinder, but I think the wiring/plug is different.
Last year the ignition switch failed on my 750, the solder on the back of the switch had been attacked by the weather and the barrel was that worn that the key could be removed in the 'on' position, so I looked into it, but decided to buy new from Robinsons..with Bob's discount.
Before fitting I coated the base of the switch (where the wires are soldered) with silicone to protect them...should last another 25yrs.
Dave.

A new ignition is about £100 from Suzuki :o
This one will be the same though the wiring is shorter but will do the job http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-TS125R ... SwLVZVg009
Like Dave I use silicon sealant over the solder as it`s easy to get water in there which bridges the earth and ignition wires causing it to cut out in heavy rain and in front of a 40 ton artic as happened to me :o :o :o luckily I got it to the hard shoulder before I was splattered.

I ordered a new ignition switch today and was told it's the same as a gxsr. £30.
