Can anybody understand what is make and model of this one?

It looks like an OE shock that someone has adapted, though why they bothered is beyond me as the original wasn`t that good, and it`s not even a preload adjuster.
There were very few aftermarket shocks available and none looked like that, especially with the remote adjuster.
The only one with a remote adjuster I can think of was a Wilbers and they were big bucks.

I did a similar bodge years ago....I had a Mercury Bobcat (posh Ford Pinto) and the front end was very underdamped, so I removed the shocks, drilled a hole in each to remove the oil, measured the volume, welded in a threaded insert, refilled with heavier oil, screwed in the plugs and it worked a treat :lol: .
