Help with fuel filter location

Postby Yuza » Sun Jan 07, 2018 5:24 pm

Hi all, I have finally fitted new/old tanks and replaced all the fuel lines with suzuki oem.
I hope I have connected everything properly...part numbers were not 100% matching
Anyway, last step is to connect fuel pump and fuel cock and install the fuel filter in between, but I can’t understand which route the hose from the pump should go and where the filter should remain after, since both hoses (from cock and from pump, the two in grey in the pic) point in the same direction?!

Can anybody post a picture of where his filter is, please?
Or suggest how to proceed?
I know it doesn’t really matter much where the filter stay as long as it is properly fitted but I’d like to keep it in the original position and even more to be sure hose routing in general is ok
Thanks

Help with fuel filter location

Postby Yuza » Tue Jan 09, 2018 12:16 pm

I know this Bob, I need to know how long hose n.17 and n.18 should be and where the filter will remain located
Hoses from Suzuki shall be cut to measure, they do not come with the right lenght unfortunately
