Chain set in the concrete is clever idea mate. I've not come up with anything overly smart to be honest. Going overboard on the electrics. Plenty of sockets lots of control over lights so that I only need to use what I need. Built the front doors With composite sandwich panel rescued from retail site project in town (neighbour is the site agent on the job  ) Rear doors are bi-folding steel framed with translucent mutliwall infill to chuck light in. Its so much work making it all yourself that I sometimes feel it will never be finished ! Fronts doors had over a weeks work in them ! Just got to finish the electrics, run power & water from house, Clad gable ends, Fascia's, soffits. Fit out toilet/shower room. Render one side end the rear corners. Get security cameras working. When all thats done I have to get on with all the jobs outside like doing the drive, painting the house, finish the hallway........
