Hi its definately not one of those as those are little woodruff keys, this is a big one exactly the same size as the rotor one. I think it must be one that either I bought or you gave me. Unless its just stuck in there from when someone had the rotor off before and lost it but it was the first thing I saw when taking the rotor out of the bag so think thats unlikely.

I think the rattle is just the cogs on the clutch side meshing come to think of it. Just need some more threadlock for the balance guide and I can get the piston and cylinder on this weekend, will see how far I get. :)
